Job Summary
Job Description:
As part of Airbus Helicopters new logistics organization the head of operations Spain is accountable of the End-to-End Logistics Operations of Airbus Helicopters in Spain with the
objective to continuously drive operational excellence to meet internal & external customer needs and to achieve benchmark competitiveness of Airbus Helicopters Global Logistics set up.
He drives End-to-End performance in performance monitoring and improvement & customers Satisfaction.
He develops the competence of the team towards logistics encompassing the implementation of proven and innovative logistics solutions.
The 1st 3 years of the job will be focusing on the entry into service of the Albacete Hub which is a strategic pillar of the companys growth. 3 phases : preparation fo the entry into service start and ramp-up of activities and serial stabilisation.
Scope of activities:
Main logistics platforms in Spain : Alabacete Chinchilla Almensa.
Logistics services provider (LSP) management.
LSP contract of 20M per year
Service to all internal customers: Final Assembly Lines Flight Lines Centers of Excellence Support and Services.
Shipments WorldWide.
