About the role:

• Lead the drafting review and negotiation of complex ICT and technology agreements
• Advise on major technology sourcing procurement and outsourcing arrangements
• Act as a key legal adviser on digital transformation and technology-driven business initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance on digital law issues including privacy cybersecurity AI governance and intellectual property
• Work closely with commercial procurement and executive stakeholders on business-critical technology projects
• Play a senior role within a growing high-performing ICT & Digital Law team

The ideal candidate:

• 5-10 years PQE gained within a reputable technology or in house practice
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology ICT and outsourcing agreements
• Excellent commercial judgement with a practical solutions-focused approach
• Solid understanding of technology ecosystems and digital business models
• In-house technology lawyers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Confident communicator comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
