Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud)

Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze the requirements identify the gaps and propose the enhancement of the solution.
- Lead cross functional process discussions and deep dives negotiate appropriate target process and document as is as well as to be processes.
- Collaborate and challenge the external IT partners and internal development teams in multiple countries.
- Evaluate information gathered making the complex simple and deliver an answer that drives to best practice and solution scalability.
- Promote the reference model to minimize the evolution.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in the IT field.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is a must.
- Experience with managing stakeholders within mixed international teams.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is considered a plus.
