Job Summary
YOUR MISSION
As a Data Manager you will lead and grow a cross-functional Data Team implementing data solutions that bring direct impact to Glovo.
You will own a Data Domains problem space end-to-end cooperating with Product Engineering and Business to achieve the Tribes objectives.
By joining our large and vibrant Data Community you will contribute to cross-team initiative and learn from talented colleagues.
THE JOURNEY
- Lead and grow a team of Product Data Scientists Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers focusing on building the highest performing and most engaged team
- Evolve the data models that make sense of your Business Domain ensuring hundreds of consumers can self-serve data effectively with the best experience
- Own the Domains North-Star metrics and provide qualitative reporting to continuously monitor and improve them
- Be the competitive advantage for Product and Business delivering data-driven actionable insights through advanced analytics
- Contribute to the Glovo Data community by leading cross-functional projects and sharing knowledge across crafts
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Comprehensive understanding of Data from Data Engineering to Data Analytics to Data Science
- Strong technical leadership in Product Data Science with proven experience in delivering data-driven impact leading advanced analytics projects and mentoring ICs
- Experienced in People and Team management with track record in building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication in English being able to inspire a vision catalyze action and influence decision making
