About the company

Remote World is partnering with a US-based logistics and operations company to hire for this role. They process high volumes of shipment inventory and supplier data daily and need someone meticulous to keep it clean and up to date.

The role

Youll enter verify and maintain data across multiple systems making sure records are accurate complete and consistently formatted. Youll flag discrepancies support reporting runs and help the ops team stay on top of their data.

What youll do

• Enter and update records in spreadsheets databases and internal systems
• Cross-check data against source documents and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare standard reports and summaries from existing data
• Organise and file digital documents according to naming conventions
• Support the operations team with ad hoc admin tasks

What youll need

• Fast and accurate typist with a sharp eye for errors
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Organised methodical and consistent in your work
• Reliable with deadlines data hygiene depends on it

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Data cleaning or validation experience
• Background in logistics e-commerce or operations admin
