About the Opportunity

Joining the team as a Finance Data & Analytics Partner you will be a key architect in the companys digital evolution specifically driving the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and NSPB. You will be responsible for designing and managing high-impact Power BI dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across financial commercial and operational domains

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Partner with Group Tech to design end-to-end Power BI architecture integrating NSPB operational systems (like Cargowise) and Excel.
  

• Dashboard Development: Translate complex business needs into intuitive visual insights for Group management Finance and Operations (40% time allocation).
  

• Data Integrity: Investigate data discrepancies and reconcile Power BI outputs against source systems to ensure 100% reporting accuracy.
  

• Business Partnering: Engage with regional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and manage the pipeline of analytics demand.
  

• Governance: Define and maintain workspace structures dataset governance and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
  

• Support & Training: Provide ongoing user support and training to enhance data literacy across the organization.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 8 years of experience in Data Analytics BI or Finance Analytics.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX Power Query and sophisticated data modeling).
  

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting structures KPIs and multi-source data environments.
  

• Experience with NetSuite and NSPB is highly preferred; experience with Cargowise is a significant plus.
  

• Degree in Finance Data Analytics Data Sciences or a related field.
