Physical Laboratory Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the management of the physical laboratory responsible for organizing and handling management and related technical issues encountered in the testing work;

全面负责物理实验室的管理工作负责组织处理检测工作中遇到的管理及相关技术问题

1. Responsible for the technical training and assessment of testing personnel responsible for the allocation of testing tasks and guiding testing personnel to complete various analysis and data review work in a timely and accurate manner;

负责检测人员技术培训和考核负责检测任务的分配指导检测人员及时准确的完成各项分析及数据审核工作

1. Responsible for the advice and implementation of lean management of the laboratory continuously improving laboratory operation processes and improving efficiency;

负责实验室的精益管理的建议和执行持续改善实验室操作流程并提高效率

1. Responsible for confirming and analyzing new development and R&D projects and content and urging the laboratory to complete the development verification and implementation of relevant methods;

负责确认分析新开发和研发项目和内容并督促实验室完成相关方法开发验证和实施

1. Formulate inter-laboratory comparison capability verification and level testing plans and supervise the implementation of updating confirmation and verification of analytical methods;

制定实验室间比对能力验证水平测试计划并监督实施对分析方法进行更新确认验证

1. Organize the review of related projects and the demonstration of major instrument purchases approve technology-related operating instructions and be responsible for the quality of the test reports issued by the company;

组织进行相关项目的评审与重大仪器购置的论证批准与技术相关的作业指导书对公司出具的检测报告质量负责

1. Strictly regulate the use and management of laboratory personnel/equipment/materials to eliminate unnecessary waste and abnormal losses.

严格规范实验室人员/设备/物质的使用和管理杜绝不必要浪费和非正常损耗

1. Cooperate with other departments of the company to achieve the companys annual operating goals. 和公司其它部门配合完成公司年度经营目标

Qualifications :

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• College degree or above Major in science or engineering or electronic and electrical related.

大专及以上理工科相关专业

• At least 8 years working experience in third party lab Toy/children product testing related work including at least 2 years of management experience.

至少8年第三方实验室 玩具/儿童产品测试相关工作经验其中至少2年的管理经验

• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system understand laboratory operation rules and basic principles preferably with internal auditor certificate

熟悉ISO/IEC 17025 实验室质量管理体系 了解实验室运行规则和基本原理最好有内审员证书.

• Familiar with the testing report of toy/ children product issuance procedures and have the ability to evaluate the testing data and results

熟悉玩具/儿童产品检测报告签发程序具备对检测数据结果做出评价的判断能力

• Good command of reading and writing English CET 6/equal to CET 6 or above.

具有良好的英语读写能力英语6级或同等及以上

• Good communication skills and language competence;

具有良好的沟通和语言表达能力
