Engineering Leader

The Senior Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the software engineering management team and provide technical and strategic leadership for successful project delivery. You will collaborate cross functionally with other leaders to align project priorities and allocate resources. You will be responsible for contributing to the software engineering roadmap driving the adoption of new technologies and identifying opportunities of process improvement.

You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

• Provide strategic direction for software engineering activities aligning them with the companys goals and objectives

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics 6 years of experience leading software development projects Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java C Python) Experience with software development tools version control systems and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
