Job Summary
Oversee the efficient operation maintenance and repair of the hotels physical infrastructure and equipment.
Ensure that the property and all facilitiesincluding buildings systems utilities and external areasare maintained to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
Protect the Owners asset through effective preventive maintenance energy management and risk mitigation.
Lead and develop the Engineering team to ensure operational excellence technical reliability and cost control.
Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors for renovation repair projects and compliance requirements.
Support sustainability efforts and promote a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Strong leadership interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Strong leadership interpersonal and training skills.
Good communication and customer contact skills.
Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
Ability to multi-task work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
A motivator & self-starter.
