In this context of dynamic renewal and growth we are looking for a Payrolloriented HR Officer to support our stores located in the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

  1. Personnel administration for several stores across the Netherlands:
  • Daily payroll management in collaboration with the social secretariat.
  • Main point of contact for all HRrelated questions from employees.
  • Processing daily HR documents including reports contracts amendments letters workplace accident files disciplinary actions etc.
  1. Optimisation of HR administration:
  • Accurate data entry and management in HR and payroll administration systems.
  • Performance control through detailed analyses.
  • Collaboration with store teams to manage HR files while ensuring compliance with company deadlines

Qualifications :

1/ Technical skills

  • Strong foundations in Dutch social legislation.
  • Proficiency in office tools especially Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of timemanagement administration and related software (such as Cobra (SD Worx) ADP Tamigo).
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and employee development.
  • Dutch and English (minimum B2 level).

  • Stress resistance and ability to work within short deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Teamoriented mindset and solutiondriven approach.
