Job Summary
Overview:
Welo Data is looking for careful listeners and skilled transcribers to join a AI training data project for one of the worlds leading voice AI platforms. Your work will directly improve how the platform understandsGerman dialect
What you will do:
- Listen to short audio clips and transcribe exactly what was said.
- Follow a clear well-documented style guide for punctuation formatting and audio flags.
- Flag clips with background noise cut-off speech or unclear audio using simple codes.
- Work at your own pace just keep an average of 125 seconds per task.
Project Details
Start Date: ASAP
Duration:3 weeks with the possibility of extension
Commitment: 10-20hours per week forup to 6 weeks

Pay Rate: $30/hour
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in target locale - German
- Strong written language skills including awareness of punctuation and sentence structure.
- Reliable computer high-quality headphones and stable internet connection.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to apply structured guidelines consistently.
- Prior experience in transcription data annotation or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to commit to 10-12 hours per week for the full 6-week project duration.
