Job Description
The organisation is looking for a Dataiku Expert to join a project team responsible for rebuilding existing SAS program functionalities used by Finance and Regulatory Reporting teams.
The objective is to leverage Databricks (storage/compute) together with Dataiku (data transformation) while prioritising the use of Dataiku Visual Recipes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data transformation workflows in Dataiku following established guidelines (e.g. dev vs. automation node lowcode recipes).
- Under guidance of the Tech Lead use Databricks compute capabilities to optimise processing performance and cost.
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Deliver knowledge transfer to both the project team and the business team who will assume responsibility for future operations.
Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Dataiku for complex data transformations and ELT processes including Visual Recipes and plugin development.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with datawarehousing projects; familiarity with Python or similar languages.
- Experience with Databricks including compute optimisation.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL/SAS and data warehousing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Dataiku (Dataiku Developer certification preferred).
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch or French.
- Fluent in English.
