Job Summary
To prepare cook and serve food while maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. Able to take the lead on a station as well as educate and guide junior chefs.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of food health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Able to cook and lift heavy items.
