If youre a bilingual dynamo who thrives on keeping packages flying out the door in a fast-paced distribution center this Smyrna TN-based role is calling your name! Quality Staffings(parent company of Goddard Mason Executive Search) client needs the services of a Outbound Logistics Coordinator to own outbound operations handling everything from sorting to shipping with speed and precision. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers monthly bonuses on top of a solid start of $16/hour. This roles responsibilities will carried through a 8:00am-4:30pm schedule from Monday-Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sort label and prepare parcels for outbound shipping.

Verify orders for accuracy ensuring correct items quantities and destinations.

Use scanners or systems to track and update parcel status in real-time.

Assist with loading/unloading and organizing inventory in the outbound area.

Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and carriers (bilingual a major advantage).

Maintain a clean safe and organized work area.

Handle any discrepancies or issues with outgoing shipments promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in parcel handling shipping or outbound logistics strongly preferred.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for tracking and inventory systems.

Ability to stand walk bend and lift packages throughout the shift.

Reliable and punctualready to own the day shift.
