Ford Business Solutionsis looking for a
Senior Finance Analyst - Romania
to join our Finance teamin ourSzentendreoffice.
We are looking for a motivated Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in supporting business performance through financial planning analysis and this position you will work closely with senior management sales and operations to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and improve profitability.
Responsibilities
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team
Preparing and analyzing financial reports including actuals forecasts budgets and business plans
Supporting the monthly closing process and developing financial forecasts and planning activities
Reporting financial results and forecasts to the corporate consolidation team
Analyzing variances between forecasts budgets and actual performance and preparing reports for senior management
Conducting forecast accuracy analyses to improve planning quality
Partnering with sales teams to support revenue strategy development and implementation
Supporting operations with financial insights to improve process discipline and profitability
Working closely with key stakeholders including business unit managers and senior leadership
Qualifications
Are we looking for you Yes if
- You have a University / College degree in Finance/Economics/Business and 3 years work experience in relevant positions
- You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have experience with SAP which would be desirable
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- You have good understanding of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
