The Service Cluster Owner Digital Workplace is the accountable leader for the endtoend performance user experience stability costefficiency and continuous improvement of all Digital Workplace services globally. This includes modern endpoint management collaboration and productivity platforms file/print telephony/contact center workplace support and all related vendormanaged services. The role ensures that Digital Workplace services are stable secure SLAcompliant costoptimized and experiencedriven while steering internal teams and global outsourcing partners toward a unified modern digital experience for all employees.

- Define and maintain a Global Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture security principles and business objectives
- Ensure Digital Workplace aligns with ZeroTrust ExperienceLevel Agreements (XLAs) and industry best practices
- Ensures stable and sustainable 24x7 global services operations
- Managing a service portfolio and project delivery and drive global projects to standardize and improve workplace services
- Experience leading in a managed services / cosourcing environment with the ability to influence without authority across global teams.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong communication stakeholder management and expectationsetting skills
- Customercentric mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
- Cost/performance optimization: volume unit costs capacity contract adjustments
- Own the full lifecycle of the Digital Workplace service cluster (design transition run continuous improvement).
An experience that matters: Your skills
- 5 years of experience in Digital Workplace EndUser Computing IT Service Management or equivalent.
- Proven track record in global service governance vendor management and operational leadership.
- Demonstrated experience improving user experience service reliability and cost efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident Request Change Problem Supplier & Service Level Management)
- Proven ability in SLA/KPI management and supplier governance incl. KPI/SLA design trend and root cause analysis
- Digital Workplace technologies & operations
- Agile Project Management SCRUM Master or Product Owner
- Ability to read interpret and react to user satisfaction and NPS data
