Were seeking a Blue Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure AU/NZ team based in our Auckland office in Wiri. This is a fixedterm parental leave cover through to December 2026.

In this role youll work alongside a passionate highenergy team committed to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes. Youll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure were connecting the right people with the right opportunities across our operations. This is a fast-paced high-volume position where youll primarily recruit across our New Zealand operations with the added opportunity to support our Australian business at times. Ideally youll have experience recruiting blue collar or tradesperson roles in either an agency or internal environment along with:

• Early career experience as a high volume recruiter who is confident managing a busy dashboard
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional candidate care and communication skills
• A champion of inclusive hiring practices who promote equal opportunities for all candidates
• Ability to build strong business relationships and understand hiring managers requirements
