Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our busy Chrysler dealership. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who excels in inventory management customer service and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dealership parts department
Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering processes
Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Monitor department performance sales and profitability
Train schedule and supervise parts department staff
Ensure excellent customer service for both retail and wholesale clients
Qualifications:
Previous automotive parts management experience (Chrysler/Mopar experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and inventory control
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Computer proficiency with dealership management systems
Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus but not required
