Job Summary

Were currently hiring a Site Facilities Managerfor our team at Jeffersonville OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management including experience overseeing maintenance operations HVAC systems boilers chillers and related infrastructure.

In this role the manager will work closely with our customers to identify maintenance opportunities that improve quality reduce costs and increase efficiency. They will also lead and support a team to ensure work is executed safely and at the highest quality standards.

Minimum 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- Specifically Boilers and Chillers
- High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated through experience
Experienced with Budgets
Experienced with KPIs
Very Customer Centric
Ability to efficiently utilize maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint MP2 or Maximo
In-depth knowledge of standard processes high levels of operational judgment and technical knowledge
