Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management housekeeping activities facility maintenance survey solutions scheduling & labour management and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environment.

We support hotels restaurants casinos and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite. Some of the chains we work with include Hilton Rosewood Shangri La Accor IHG Hoxton Corinthia Oetker Collection etc. We are a small but growing team and youll have opportunities to express yourself and make meaningful contributions to our products and the company.

About the job

As an Implementation Consultant you will be leading the software implementation on the client site and ensure successful implementation of the project.

What will you do

Gain a clear understanding of customers business and requirements to ensure that the chosen modules fit in seamlessly.

Lead software implementations on client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to following up after the system is up and running.

Deliver outstanding training to clients across departments and positions.

Assume responsibility for all pre-site preparation and post implementation feedback.

Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.

Proactively identify at risk customers and red flag to the Account Management team.

Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback.

Adhere to internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction.

Contribute to Product Improvement and Innovation based on customer feedback collected by you.

We are looking for:

Possess at least 3 years experience in Hotel Operations (Front Office Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall experience of 5 years or more.

Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.

Excellent command over written and spoken English.

Excellent command over written and spoken Mandarin.

Excellent Presentation Skills.

Excellent Business Communication skills.

Willing to travel extensively.

Confident disciplined and Focused on Customer satisfaction.

Strong Problem-solving Skills.

Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives.

Arent afraid of taking ownership and accountability.
