Job Summary
Introduction
TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
CHLOORKOP JOHANNESBURG GAUTENG PROVINCE
ANNUAL CTC PACKAGE:R370 000.00 INCLUDING ALL BENEFITS
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric ESSENTIAL
- Technical Qualification Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation ADVANTAGEOUS
- Must have technical sales and industry experience ESSENTIAL
- Industry experience and exposure within various industries as a Customer Service Advisor or Technical Sales Co-Ordinator ESSENTIAL
- Must have excellent communication written and reporting skills in English
- Highly experienced in Technical sales internal & external
- Computer proficiency: MS Office 365 CRM system ESSENTIAL
- Duties include:Customer service technical advice Internal and external sales able to handle technical and commercial aspects of internal sales to client base understanding of various manufacturing industries Food & Beverage Healthcare oil and gas industries
- Must possess a customer first attitude
- Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements)
