Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare meals to order according to menu specifications and customer requestsEnsure food is prepared cooked and presented to Eat Fresh quality standardsMaintain consistency in portion control taste and presentationEnsure strict adherence to food safety hygiene and health and safety standardsFollow HACCP procedures and safe food handling practices at all timesMaintain cleanliness of the workstation kitchen equipment and food preparation areasAssist with daily mise en place and preparation of ingredientsMonitor food quality freshness and correct storage of ingredientsReport food safety risks equipment faults or stock shortages to managementAssist with stock rotation and minimising food wasteEnsure correct use and care of kitchen equipmentWork efficiently during peak service times to meet customer demandFollow instructions recipes and standard operating proceduresSupport teamwork within the kitchen and assist colleagues when requiredDeliver friendly and professional service to customers
