Requirements Secondary courses in a directly related field and experience in an administrative environment
research skills to undertake short term research projects and support the completion of information and assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence
customer service skills with an ability to maintain composure regardless of the demands of the environment.
ability to work as a team member as well as the ability to work independently and with minimum supervision to meet deadlines perform multiple tasks and to respect confidentiallity.
to work in a computerized environment including Microsoft Office; internet use and general office equipment including multi line phone system copier scanner and fax machine and other aspects of an automated office environment.
interpersonal relations organization analytical skills
7. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy is necessary a comfort level with numerical data entry.
