Assistant Store Manager

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Victoria BC.

• Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service 
• Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales 
• Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals 
• Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keepingthe storestocked and tidy. 

Salary range: $65000 - $80000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

Qualifications :

To join our team you need: 

• At least 3years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations a personnel management position where you were responsible for financial performance 
• College diploma or other degree in business administration or equivalent work experience 
• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry (asset) 
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
