Position Summary:
The Research Summer Student under the supervision of the Research Nursing Manager and in collaboration with the APNE will assist with data collection chart reviews and literature review to evaluate defined projects or processes within the CCRU Nursing Program. They will also work with the nurses in the assigned clinical areas within their scope of practice and under supervision of the preceptor.

Duties

• Literature Searches under guidance from Nursing Leadership Team
• Chart Review as part of ongoing evaluation of standardized documentation templates
• Transportation of Samples and medications as needed
• Assist nursing with assigned tasks within scope of practice

Qualifications :

• Must be 16 years of age or older per UHN policy
• Your appointment runs between May 2026 - August 31 2026
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelors or Postgraduate program in Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs
