If you are an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Technician looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Copeland Rayong Plant location as an AME Technician you will support engineering tasks including machine and tool design product testing fixture installation and sample will play key part in machine setup routine maintenance and assist engineers in daily operations.
AS AN AME TECHNICIAN YOU WILL: (หนาทและความรบผดชอบ)
- Support AME team in designing machines and tools for new product / สนบสนนงานวศวกรรมของทม AME ในการออกแบบเครองจกรและอปกรณสำหรบผลตภณฑใหม
- Support Engineering team in preparing and performing product tests / สนบสนนทมวศวกรรมในการเตรยมการและดำเนนการทดสอบผลตภณฑ
- Create sample parts for testing and gaging / จดทำตวอยางชนงานสำหรบการทดสอบและการวด
- Assist with installation and setup of new fixtures / ชวยตดตงและตงคาอปกรณฟกซเจอรใหม
- Support machine setup and perform routine machine maintenance / สนบสนนการตงคาเครองจกรและดำเนนการบำรงรกษาเครองจกรตามกำหนด
- Perform other duties assigned by Engineers / ปฏบตงานอน ๆ ตามทวศวกรมอบหมาย
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: (คณสมบตทตองการ)
- High Vocational Diploma or higher education / จบการศกษาระดบประกาศนยบตรวชาชพขนสงขนไป
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Compressor or Manufacturing Assembly Processes / มประสบการณอยางนอย 35 ปในงานประกอบคอมเพรสเซอรหรอกระบวนการผลต
- Knowledge in Electrical Mechanical and/or Welding / มความรดานไฟฟา เครองกล และ/หรองานเชอม
- Ability to read technical drawings / มความสามารถในการอานแบบทางวศวกรรมได
- Knowledge of PLC system and Robot Programming / มความรพนฐานเกยวกบระบบ PLC และโปรแกรมหนยนต
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SolidWorks and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word) / ใชงาน AutoCAD SolidWorks และ Microsoft Office (Excel Word) ได
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night) / สามารถทำงานเปนกะ (ทงกลางวนและกลางคน)
- Basic English communication skills/ มทกษะภาษาองกฤษในระดบพนฐาน
PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: (คณสมบตทพจารณาเปนพเศษ)
- Experience with PLC Allen-Bradley system and/or robot programming / มประสบการณตรงดานระบบ PLC AllenBradley และโปรแกรมหนยนตจะพจารณาเปนพเศษ
