What youll do

• Repair defect product / Support customer.
• Support B2B Customer case
• Support Long-distance area
• Issue repair report / technical issue.
• Update repair status / transactions.
• Manage KPI T-NPS (Repair) On time Visit rate Reclaim rate VOC RTAT Productivity Tech Skill

What you must have

• Vocational Certificate Higher Vocational Certificate or higher
• Able negotiation skills. Compromise and listen to customers problem.
• Able to work under pressure in various situations.
• Good command both English and Thai.
