About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 Rayong.

Role Overview

2 positions available. The Maintenance Technician keeps the production line running by leading PM and CM activity troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/automation systems and supporting new equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and automation systems.
• Support production lines to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Inspect machine condition daily and record data.
• Coordinate with production and engineering on maintenance work.
• Manage spare-parts usage and stock.
• Work to EHS safety standards.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High-school (M.6) or above in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or related field.
• 13 years maintenance experience (factory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of PLC automation or electrical systems is a strong advantage.
• Able to read machine drawings and electrical circuits.
• Chinese communication for working language.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Whats on Offer

• Salary: THB per month (negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (MonSat)

หนาทความรบผดชอบ

• ดำเนนการบำรงรกษาเชงปองกน (PM) และซอมบำรง (CM) เครองจกรและอปกรณ
• วเคราะหปญหาและซอมแซมระบบเครองกล ไฟฟา และระบบอตโนมต
• สนบสนนไลนผลตเพอลด Downtime และเพมประสทธภาพ
• ตรวจสอบสภาพเครองจกรประจำวน และบนทกขอมล
• ประสานงานกบฝายผลตและวศวกรรมในงานซอมบำรง
• ควบคมและดแล Spare Part รวมถงสตอก
• ปฏบตตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภย (EHS)
• สนบสนนการตดตงและทดสอบเครองจกรใหม
• จดทำรายงานและเอกสารดานงานซอมบำรง
• ปฏบตงานอน ๆ ตามทไดรบมอบหมาย

คณสมบต

• ม.6 ขนไป สาขาเครองกล ไฟฟา เมคคาทรอนกส หรอทเกยวของ
• ประสบการณงานซอมบำรง 13 ป (โรงงานพจารณาเปนพเศษ)
• มความรดาน PLC ระบบอตโนมต หรอระบบไฟฟา จะพจารณาเปนพเศษ
• อานแบบเครองจกรและวงจรไฟฟาได
• สอสารภาษาจนเพอใชในการทำงาน
• ทกษะการแกไขปญหาและทำงานเปนทม

สงทจะไดรบ

• เงนเดอน บาท/เดอน (พจารณาตามความสามารถ)
• ทำงาน 6 วน/สปดาห (จนทรเสาร)
