Ballito. A leading company is seeking an experienced Finance Managerwith a Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field together with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of financial reporting taxation audit and inventory management and will play a key role in supporting financial stability compliance and strategic decision-making across the business. This role will also oversee HR administration and IT coordinationfunctions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
Ensure accurate financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual statements
Monitor and control stock valuation inventory levels and stock adjustments in collaboration with the supply chain team
Ensure compliance with tax regulations including VAT corporate tax payroll tax and statutory submissions
Manage internal and external audits and maintain strong internal financial controls
Reconcile bank accounts and oversee payment processing
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making
Work with department heads to improve cost control and profitability
Oversee HR administration and IT coordination functions

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Professional qualification such as CA CIMA or ACCAis advantageous
Minimum 5 years experiencein financial management preferably within an industry environment
Strong knowledge of financial reporting taxation audit and inventory management
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems(e.g. Zoho SAP Sage)
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
