About the role:
The Property Rental Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a residential rental portfolio overseeing leasing operations ensuring legal compliance and driving revenue performance.
Qualification:
NQF 4 and FFC registered
Requirements:
- Existing rental portfolio (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing or mentoring rental agents (advantageous)
- Established landlord network
- Experience working within a real estate agency environment
- Proven track record in residential rental management
- Strong knowledge of the Cape Town rental market
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
