Job Summary
We are lookingfor our new colleague as aSenior Sales Engineerto join our team in the UK covering the South area ideally located near Leighton Buzzard.

What does the job entail
As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of key stakeholders includingpurchasing product managers operations managers R&D department sustainability responsible and other relevant OEM manufacturer stake effectively nurturing and growing these relationships you will play a vital role in driving Grundfos success in the region.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Secure incremental sales across the complete Grundfos product portfolio
- Secure profitable business through distribution contractors and consultants
- Maintain an accurate CRM database to support sales and customer maintenance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures promptly resolving customer queries
- Record all CRM activities in line with company procedures using our CRM/C4C package
- Execute marketing and sales strategies through targeted promotional campaigns and incentives
- Monitor product and customer sales reports and KPIs to ensure targets are met taking corrective actions as needed
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain pricing support mechanisms across the business
Your background:
- Strong background in the OEM manufacturing market across water treatment temperature control & industrial process particularly workingwith OEM manufacturing.
- Pump knowledge will be beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and dynamic environment where meeting deadlines and targets is crucial
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Above-average commitment and drive to succeed in the role
- Great communication skills and persuasiveness to excite customers and build long-term relationships
