Youll join a global-minded HR team working in a matrixed environment partnering daily with Talent Acquisition Payroll Benefits Data and employee-facing HR functions. Youll support HR leaders collaborate with hiring managers and help connect teams by driving clarity coordination and operational discipline across key HR processes.

A background in Human Resources Work Psychology or a related field is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities coordination skills
Fluent in French and professional-level English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
MS Office skills (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Academic volunteering or other previous experiences related to HR or process coordination are a plus (please include in your CV).
A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports fitness or movement - whether through participating watching or simply staying active.
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST
Be a student at a French-recognized program for the whole duration of the apprenticeship (Bachelor Master CPA).
Be available for a minimum 2-year part-time (35h/weekly) apprenticeship starting September 1st 2026.
Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home 3 days in the Nike France office in Paris (79 Av. des Champs-Elysee Paris)
You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a French-recognized program
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
In this role youll support the HR team in driving operational excellence across recruitment employee support and HR processes. Youll help keep data accurate projects organized and information flowing across teams in a fastmoving international environment.
Key focus areas include:
Supporting trainee recruitment by coordinating campaigns managing administrative followup and helping deliver a strong candidate experience
Maintaining HR reporting updating employee data and contributing to materials prepared for social agenda topics
Assisting employees and HR partners by supporting day-to-day HR inquiries process improvements and cross-functional HR projects
