Job Description

The candidate will be a key member of a consulting team responsible for advising clients designing solutions and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations on the ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Architect you will act as a trusted technical advisor defining platform architecture guiding delivery teams and ensuring solutions align with client objectives industry best practices and long-term platform sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the architectural authority for client ServiceNow implementations;
Lead solution architecture workshops with clients to understand business needs translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs and define implementation roadmaps;
Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures including workflows integrations data models and security considerations;
Provide architectural governance across multiple client engagements ensuring consistency quality and adherence to ServiceNow best practices;
Guide and review the work of development teams ensuring solutions meet architectural standards and client expectations;
Oversee the enhancement and optimization of existing client ServiceNow platforms to support evolving business requirements;
Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges driving root-cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions;
Ensure platform performance stability and maintainability across client environments;
Define and maintain technical documentation architectural artifacts and solution designs for client deliverables;
Communicate architectural decisions risks and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders;
Contribute to presales activities including solution design technical estimations and proposal support;
Capture lessons learned across engagements and continuously improve consulting delivery frameworks and accelerators.

7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow including deep platform architecture and design expertise;
Strong mastery of JavaScript and advanced ServiceNow scripting patterns;
Proven experience defining ServiceNow platform strategy architecture and governance;
Extensive experience with ITSM and multiple enterprise modules (ITOM HRSD CSM SecOps GRC etc.);
Expert-level knowledge of CMDB architecture CSDM framework and data integrity best practices;
Strong experience designing scalable secure integrations across complex enterprise ecosystems;
Ability to lead platform design decisions including performance security and maintainability;
Experience establishing development standards best practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow;
Trusted advisor to stakeholders capable of translating business strategy into platform architecture;
Ability to mentor developers and technical leads fostering platform maturity and skill growth;
Strong communication and presentation skills fluent in English;
Experience working in large-scale international enterprise environments;
Strategic thinker with strong ownership accountability and results-driven mindset;
Ability to operate effectively under pressure while managing long-term architectural vision.

Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM))
Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
