Agile practices within DevOps Test and Releasing are at the heart of our technological advancement in App Releasing Software Solutions. We are looking for a Senior Manager who can lead our Scrum Masters Product Owners and Test Architects strengthen agile leadership practices and drive strategic implementation and improvements to optimize our DevOps test and releasing capabilities.

In Software Solutions you will join a diverse group of colleagues who work every day to deliver cutting-edge software products and platforms that enable millions of people worldwide to benefit from our solutions. Software Solutions is based in three sites Warsaw Szczecin and Copenhagen.

Software Solutions Releasing consists of two areas App Releasing and Fitting Software Releasing responsible for releasing Software Solutions digital products.

App Releasing is based in our Warsaw office from where you will lead a team of Scrum Masters Product Owners and Test Architects focusing on strengthening agile leadership and implementing strategic improvements.

You will work in close collaboration with the corresponding leadership in Fitting Software Releasing and stakeholders in the Agile Release Trains to ensure alignment and release excellence.

What tasks are waiting for you

• Lead and develop agile leadership roles (Scrum Masters Product Owners and Test Architects)
• Coach agile leadership roles to enable high performing teams
• Via your team drive implementation of strategic initiatives and improvements
• Collaborate closely with Agile Release Trains and other stakeholders to ensure transparency alignment and release excellence
• Ensure that verification and releasing can be executed according to agreed release milestones
• Ensure DevOps practices and capabilities to support development and releasing
• Ensure full transparency into planned and ongoing initiatives
• Drive test competence development across Software Solutions - App
• Drive change management and leadership practices ensuring teams adapt effectively to evolving business needs
• Promote a culture of engagement innovation and openness within Software Solutions Releasing and the broader Software Solutions organization

• You have proven experience in leading agile leaders in a software environment
• You have strong background in agile methodologies preferably SAFe (additional training will be provided if needed)
• You have proven experience in driving implementation of strategic initiatives and improvements
• You have experience with DevOps test and releasing practices
• You have prior experience within a regulated industry
• You have demonstrated ability to drive change and lead through complexity
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You have a higher education in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
• You are fluent in English for effective collaboration in a global setting

• You have understanding of test automation
