Job Summary

Job Purpose

To plan and implement Companys Taxation (Direct & Indirect) Policies & Practices formulate & institutionalize Internal Control systems ensure compliance to Finance related statutory obligations to avail maximum benefits within the frame work of existing Tax laws.

To plan & implement proper measurement disclosure & provision of assurance about Financial Information to safeguard assets of the Company.

Job Context:
Hindalco the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group has several vertically integrated Businesses from Bauxite extraction till rolling of Aluminium Ingots into Sheet Products Foil Products and extruded the entire value chain the Foil stock of Mouda FRP will be used as input to Mouda Foil Production. Mouda Foil is earmarked to produce the thinnest Foil gauge to cater the end use in Cigarette foil Tetra pack foil and House Foil. Also it caters the end use of Laminated Foil for Pharmaceutical & Confectionaries packaging apart from the bare Foil market.

In that perspective Mouda FRP & Foil Plant plays a major role in consolidating the Business by offering a host of Value added products.

Job Context

controls to safeguard existing assets valuing 200 cr. additional 345 Project stage & other current assets with a clear focus on accuracy.

Statutory Compliance of Direct and Indirect Taxes Rules and Regulations to meet statutory obligations and claim available incentives.

Capital review to ensure no blockage of funds

systems to achieve 100% Statutory compliance & ensure no liability inflicted on company.
