GENERAL ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to support in specific areas of expertise such as Food Safety Hygiene Microbiology food safety Contaminants in food raw materials and packaging Allergen Management.

The Quality Specialists supports the team in its daily tasks and acts in accordance with the internal rules of the company as well as with the legislation.

For this position we are looking for a self-motivated person to join the team with a microbiology food safety and/or technological knowledge and a desire to learn and develop.

IN ONE OF YOUR WORKING DAYS

• Promote quality awareness across the company. Contribute to competence development of quality mindset across the organization
• Define and update the specific quality procedures instruction and tools
• Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses)
• Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
• Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise.
• Support in HACCP study Product Food Safety Assessment Cleaning Validation GMP Inspections Integrated Pest Management Foreign Bodies Prevention Allergen Management Internal and External audits.
• Assess that the Nestlé Quality Management System is in place and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.

Required qualifications:

• Minimumofabachelorsdegreeinscience(preferredfoodsciencemicrobiologybiotechnologyorchemistry)with2yearsofapplicableexperience.
• QualityandFood Safetyexperiencewithinfoodmanufacturing
• Haveexperiencesin:
  - implementingqualityassuranceprogramsParticipatinginprojectteams
  -Leadingpartofachangeeffort
  -Participatinginauditteamsand/orimprovementprojects
• ExperiencewithimplementationforexternalstandardsincludingISO 9001andFSSC 22000required
• ExcellentknowledgeofEnglishlanguageminB2bothwrittenandspoken
• Abletoestablishnetworksofpeersinfactory
• Proventrackrecordindeliveringresultsbyworkingwithcross-functionalteams
• Abletodemonstratecompetencetosupportbusinessrequirements
• Ateamplayerinthefactory: QualityApplicationGroup ProcurementProduction Maintenance

Knowledge of systems:

• Quality and Food Safety experience within food manufacturing
• SAP
• Knowledge of Hygienic Design
• BG and EU Food Legislation
