Agronomy Equipment Operator / CDL Driver
Location: Beaver Dam WI (30-40 mile territory radius)

Position Summary:
Were seeking a reliable and hardworking Agronomy Equipment Operator / CDL Driver to join our agronomy operations. This role combines hands-on fieldwork equipment operation and delivery responsibilities. Youll be key in applying crop protection and plant nutrition products operating machinery safely and supporting overall operations at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely mix load and apply crop protection and plant nutrition products.
Drive CDL vehicles for product delivery and transport as needed.
Operate and maintain equipment including forklifts loaders tender trucks and application machinery.
Perform minor equipment repairs and report major issues to management or mechanics.
Assist in warehouse and plant operations including loading/unloading and maintaining inventory.
Uphold a clean and safe work environment; promptly address safety hazards.
Support sales staff and customer service efforts to ensure orders are accurate and customer expectations are met.
Participate in safety trainings follow legal and company regulations and use personal protective equipment appropriately.
Represent our company professionally in all interactions.
Work flexible hours during peak seasons to meet operational and customer demands.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid CDL or ability to obtain one; must meet DOT and company requirements.
Applicators license is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in custom application or agronomy operations is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs stand or walk for extended periods and perform tasks requiring stooping kneeling or climbing.
Strong attention to detail safety-conscious mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
Training Provided:
Equipment operation and safety procedures.
Crop protection product mixing and application techniques.
CDL and DOT compliance support if needed.
