Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for helping provide safe efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The Machine Operator ensures equipment is delivered on time according to operational demands and maintains shop and field equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities).
Maintain equipment according to procedures and report any problems or deviations.
Operate equipment according to procedures competency levels and job requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: 2 3 years
Education: High School Diploma / GED
Language: English
Certification: Not required
System Knowledge: Computer skills SAP

Key Skills

Electronic component identification
Hands-on knowledge of screen printers
Pick-and-place machine operation
Reflow oven usage
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
