What Youll Do
Youll help keep the office running efficiently by supporting daily administrative tasks including:
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers
- Greeting visitors and drivers
- Entering and managing ticket records
- Filing and organizing office documents
- Sending emails and correspondence
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Helping maintain an organized office environment
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who is:
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with customers and team members
Able to multitask in a busy office environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word Outlook Excel)
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
Preferred
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Experience in agriculture or working with farmers
