As an Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager - Deposits Mobilization you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust deposit portfolio ensuring service excellence executing branch-level fund mobilization programs and collaborating on innovative product development. You will report directly to the Head of Deposits and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non - Banking Financial Services sector. This role offers a valuable opportunity to build a mutually rewarding career within the organization
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a strong fixed deposit portfolio in line with company targets.
Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and promotional campaigns to achieve growth objectives.
Maintain superior service quality in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
Establish & nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals corporate clients & private wealth management entities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with overall business goals.
Provide insights on market trends and contribute to the development of innovative deposit and savings products.
Requirements:
Proven experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or non-banking financial sector.
Proven track record in achieving deposit growth targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance standards.
Exposure to digital savings or deposit products will be a distinct advantage.
Full or part professional qualification in Marketing Banking or Finance from a recognized institution.
