Te tūranga The role

We are looking for an experienced HR systems leader to take ownership of our core HRIS (Workday) and ensure we have highquality reliable people data and insights. This is a hands-on role leading a small team responsible for Workday product ownership people reporting and analytics data quality and remuneration and benefits delivery.

Youll oversee Workdays full lifecycle - stabilisation optimisation maintenance continuous uplift and user support - ensuring it is secure efficient and trusted by the organisation. Youll also lead the design and delivery of our remuneration and benefits approach supported by strong analytical capability and highquality reporting.

This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by systems excellence robust data insightful reporting and delivering critical people processes bankwide.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Significant experience in HRIS management and system administration ideally including Workday.

  • Strong capability in people analytics data modelling reporting and data integrity.

  • Proven experience delivering organisationwide remuneration and benefits frameworks

  • Proven experience navigating government machinery understanding structures decision
    making processes and regulatory obligations.

  • The ability to translate data into meaningful insights for a range of audiences.

  • Inclusive calm and supportive leadership of a small specialist team.

  • Strong judgement communication skills and the ability to engage across the organisation.

  • Experience in designing and managing data models collecting extracting
    matching analysing and reconciling data primarily using Workday and advanced Excel

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $152 387.16 to $168 598.56 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
