Job Summary

Fund Administration Oversight: Manage end-to-end accounting for PE Co-Investment and Real Estate funds.
Financial Reporting & Review: Review quarterly/annual financial statements footnote disclosures and NAV packages.
Complex Calculations: Oversee waterfalls carried interest management fees and capital call/distribution notices.
Leadership & Management: Supervise mentor and develop a team of fund accountants and managers.
Client & Auditor Relations: Act as the primary contact for investors and coordinate with external auditors (Big 4).
Controls & Systems: Implement robust internal controls ensure compliance and drive technology improvements (e.g. Investran)
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA/ACA preferred.
Experience: 10 18 years in private equity alternative investments or public accounting (Big 4).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS ASC 946 and partnership accounting.
Systems: Proficiency in specialized fund accounting software and MS Excel.
