Job Description:-
- Coverage experience of NBFC HFC NBFC MFI and banks who are active in selling retail assets portfolio.
- Structuring and portfolio analysis capabilities.
- Sales experience and ability to originate and independently handle customers.
- Ability to work across product suite of the division in business development deal execution and operational aspects.
- Ability to co-ordinate with the rating agencies legal counsel trustee internal stakeholders etc. for the securitization transaction.
- Ability to work with different business divisions of the Bank in order to facilitate outcomes for our division.
- Ability to represent and manage senior stakeholders.
Broad Qualification
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration or any relevant Masters Program degree Engineering degree CA Data Analytics degree etc
- 10-15 years of experience having worked in BFSI sector especially Bank/NBFC/Rating agency.
- Strong origination and execution capabilities
- Understanding of securitization guidelines and structuring capabilities
- Understanding of PSL products and extant regulations
- Ability to front end with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
