Executive | Audience & CES | Noida Area, Remote

Were looking for an Executive Audience & CES to join our Global Operations team. This is an internally facing role ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across quantitative and qualitative research operations while building strong commercial and delivery skills.

Youll play a key role in supporting our delivery and client service teams by producing accurate costings assessing feasibility and responding to fastpaced RFQsoften within the same day.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Costing Support

• Respond quickly and accurately to RFQs from global delivery teams
• Provide costing feasibility and delivery insights to support client proposals
• Assess project feasibility across Direct Access Panels internal panels and thirdparty vendors.

Vendor Management

• Support the monitoring and management of project costs
• Liaise with external suppliers to identify the best solutions for cost requests
• Attend vendor review sessions and help maintain uptodate supplier databases

About You:

Youre curious organised and keen to learn. You dont need to know everything alreadybut you do bring energy attention to detail and a genuine desire to build a career in research operations.

Youll bring:

• Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• A proactive cando attitude and willingness to ask questions

• Interest in market research methodologies and

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate Excel and above)
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with feasibility tools or DIY analysis platforms
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus but not essential

With the majority of the team based in the UK excellent command of English both written and verbal and working UK hours is essential.

Required Experience:

Junior IC
