About The Position
One of our operating companiesREDD is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Brisbane.
As a Business Development Representative you will be at the forefront of our sales engine engaging potential clients generating new opportunities and driving pipeline growth. You will work closely with a high-performing sales team and receive the training tools and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organisations
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone email LinkedIn)
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives contributing directly to revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Manage and track activity in CRM (HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
- Bring creativity and personality to your outreach while following a proven sales process
Skills required
- 2 years experience in a BDR or sales role
- Previous IT sales experience highly desirable
- Strong prospecting cold calling and lead qualification skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is desirable
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Resilient self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
