About the role
This role is focused on growth specifically winning new business across enterprise and multi-site QSR customers. Youll be responsible for identifying engaging and closing opportunities across major brands large franchise groups and adjacent sectors while contributing to broader commercial strategy.
The role is highly field-based. Time in market matters so site visits demos industry events and face-to-face engagement are a core part of how youll succeed. Expect to be on the road regularly (around two weeks per month).
Key areas of focus include:
- Building and managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Proactively prospecting and engaging new customers
- Engaging senior stakeholders across operations IT and marketing
- Running tailored demos and solution-based sales conversations
- Navigating complex procurement and decision-making processes
- Closing new business and contributing to recurring revenue (ARR) growth
- Working closely with internal teams to align on strategy and delivery
Youll own your territory your pipeline and your outcomes.
About you
Youre an experienced B2B sales professional who understands how to win complex deals and are comfortable operating in environments where multiple stakeholders are involved sales cycles are longer and the value of the deal justifies the effort.
Youll bring:
- 5 years B2B sales experience ideally within QSR retail or FMCG
- Experience selling technology or solution-based offerings
- Strong understanding of multi-site or high-volume retail environments
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
- Proven ability to manage a travel-heavy role while maintaining performance
- A self-directed organised approach with strong commercial awareness
