The Sales Operations Business Specialist plays a critical role in driving accuracy insight and operational excellence within our global partnership alliance. This is a high-impact position responsible forperformancetracking reportingdashboards and strategic enablement that supportsone ofthe organizations most important revenue-generating initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an independent hands-onoperatorand strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced matrixed will be an internally recognized senior on complex dataand business matters executingacrossthreekey pillars:reporting and reconciliation; Performance Analysis and Insights;andProcess Optimization and Compliance.

Responsibilities

  1. Reporting & Reconciliation
  • Managemonthlyquarterlyand annual partnership performancereporting.
  • Own the revenue and cost reconciliation process for the alliance which requires an ability tomake sense ofnuanceddata.
  • Support Finance and otheranalysts in auditing and ensuring compliance in all processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor promoting simplification structure and measurable business impact.

  1. Performance Analysis & Insights
  • Translatecomplex data into clearstrategic recommendations.
  • Analyze product data businessperformanceand priorities to accelerate data-driven revenue-generating decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Salestoprovideactionable insights that support strategic planning and forecasting.

  1. Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Drive adoption of tools and processes by planning priorities and supporting rollout and enablement.
  • Identifyand drive business improvement initiatives from conception through execution.
  • Work closely withProductandIT Finance to streamlineprocesses.
  • Leverage and implement standardized processes systems and tools to ensure consistency across the engagement.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree inBusinessTechnologyDataAnalytics or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in dataanalysisreportingbusiness operations or sales operations.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; experience with SQL ExcelTableauand enterprise financial systems ( HarmonySAP).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data generate insights and influence strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and delivering in a matrixed global organization.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $100000-$216000(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
