What You Will Achieve

As Supply Operations Quality (SOQ) Internal Auditor you will be the member of a dedicated auditor team in the SOQ Organization and will be responsible for the execution of Internal Audits across all SOQ locations holding either manufacturing or wholesaler distribution authorizations or equivalent.

The internal audits are executed according to the Pfizer process and applicable GMP and GDP requirements aiming to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Perform and document the Risk Assessment for each SOQ location to be audited: define the business activities identify audit scope timing determine the audit focus areas identify if virtual or on-site audit is required.

  • Audit preparation: determine duration obtain agreement on the audit date with the SOQ location complete audit agenda

  • Audit Execution: Serve as lead auditor or participate as an auditor depending on the location where multiple auditors are required. Conduct the opening meeting manage the audit process and lead the closing meeting

  • Audit report writing and finding classification: write the audit report and classify each audit finding as per the applicable procedure

  • Review and accept the finding response

  • Monitor the SOQ locations requirement to ensure the audit meets local requirements (legislations).

  • Support to maintain the SOQ database supporting SOQ Internal audit execution

  • Lead or support SOQ owned Compliance initiatives for Internal Audits ensures alignment of the relevant Quality and stakeholders

  • Be member of the PGS Internal Auditor Community

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Pharmacy Chemistry Biology or a Science or Engineering related field

  • A minimum of 3 years previous experience in GMP/GDP Quality Operational environment or 3 years of audits experience

  • Fluent English (verbal and written)

12 months secondment
