Job Summary
We are seeking an organised proactive detaildriven Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of a complex construction projects.
This is a role within a dynamic fastpaced construction environment suited to someone who enjoys problemsolving staying one step ahead and enabling the wider team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and senior team members.
- Assist with contract administration support
- Help maintain compliance records including H&S documentation inductions permits and projectspecific requirements.
- Coordinate travel accommodation meeting logistics and general site administration.
- Maintain internal systems trackers and data for accurate reporting.
- Support the broader project team when additional administrative or coordination tasks arise.
- Support invoice processing expense collation procurement logs and financial administration where needed.
- Assist with scheduling site access visits inspections and coordination activities.
Candidate Profile
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Excellent document control (drawings RFIs submittals contracts registers)
- High attention to detail and follow-up
- Confident communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to support PMs and senior staff anticipate needs and unblock issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Good IT skills (Excel Word Teams SharePoint / common data environments)
Desirable
- Previous experience on hotel refurbishment or multi-contractor projects
- Familiarity with RFI / submittal / change control processes
- Experience supporting Owners Rep / PM consultancy teams
