Job Summary

We have a great casual opportunity for an enthusiastic team player to support our kitchen operations at our luxury hotel restaurant Lola Rouge. The ideal kitchen hand will have a can do attitude be an enthusiastic team player and will be keen to learn from our top-tier team of culinary masters.

Naumi Wellington is a unique luxury boutique hotel experience nestled in the heart of Wellingtons vibrant entertainment and dining district.

What you will be doing. . .

managing the cleanliness and hygiene of the whole kitchen including dishes
assisting with some food preparation as required
assist with receival and storage of goods and supplies
manage a consistent and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets within the hotel
